Communications with Us: You might provide us additional information when communicating with us about a support question, requesting a custom case study or conducting Q&A session or any other way;

Information We Collect Automatically

If we’re part of a business transfer: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that RightMetric goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user Information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If any of these events were to happen, this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your Information and the party receiving your information may continue to use your Information, but only consistent with this Privacy Policy;

Communications from us: You can elect to not receive marketing communications from us by, or by utilising opt-out mechanisms in emails we send to you. You can also object to receiving marketing communications or request that your personal data be removed from our CRM databases by contacting us using the Contact Information below.

Terminating your relationship with us: We will continue to store archived copies of your Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. We will continue to store anonymous or anonymized information, such as website visits, without identifiers, in order to improve our Services.

Non-Canadian Residents: We are leased from and operated in Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in Canada, which may have laws which are different and potentially not as protective as the laws of other countries.
