This Privacy Policy explains how RightMetric Digital Ltd. (“RightMetric” referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) handle your personal data, including the types of personal data we collect about you, how your personal data may be used and when it may be disclosed, how we protect your personal data and the rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data; in connection with the provision of our Services, which include but are not limited to the creation and delivery of marketing research content via an online portal or email facsimile (the “Services”). 

RightMetric respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and our internal policies.

Information You Provide to Us

At different stages of interacting with RightMetric you might provide us with the following information:

Registration Information: Such as first name, last name, email, company website.

Transaction and Billing Information.

Communications with Us: You might provide us additional information when communicating with us about a support question, requesting a custom case study or conducting Q&A session or any other way.

Information We Collect Automatically


Log Information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. We do not sell your private personal information.

Subsidiaries, Employees, and Independent Contractors: We may disclose information about you to our subsidiaries, our employees, and individuals who are our independent contractors that need to know the information in order to help us provide our Services or to process the information on our behalf. To Protect Rights and Property: We may disclose information about you when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of RightMetric, third parties, or the public at large. Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that RightMetric goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If any of these events were to happen, this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information and the party receiving your information may continue to use your information, but only consistent with this Privacy Policy.

With Your Consent: We may share and disclose information with your consent or at your direction. For example, we may share your information with third parties with which you authorize us to do so.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information: We may share information that has been aggregated or reasonably de-identified, so that the information could not reasonably be used to identify you. For instance, we may publish aggregate statistics about the use of our Services.

Published Support Requests: And if you send us a request (for example, via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish that request in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Other Things You Should Know

You’re in control of communications you receive from us: You can elect to not receive marketing communications from us by, or by utilising opt-out mechanisms in e-mails we send to you. You can also object to receiving marketing communications or request that your personal data be removed from our CRM databases by contacting us using the Contact Information below.

Terminating your relationship with us: We will continue to store archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. We will continue to store anonymous or anonymized information, such as website visits, without identifiers, in order to improve our Services.

Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”): RightMetric serves users around the world, including in the EEA. Please note that as part of our Services, we may transfer your personal information to other regions, including to Canada and the United States. Additionally, if you are located in the EEA, you have certain rights under European law with respect to your personal data, including the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. Usernames and Passwords: The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password for access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping the username and password confidential. Do not give your password to anyone. If you enter a section of our website that requires a password, you should log out when you leave. As a safety precaution, you should also close out of your web browser completely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet.

Persons 18 and Under: We are concerned to protect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
